The Challenge

As a rapidly growing enterprise, Argano faced the daunting task of efficiently managing its expanding global workforce spread across 10+ countries. Previously relying on a patchwork of multiple platforms and cumbersome spreadsheets — a system that was no longer sufficient for the growing needs of the company — Argano needed a unified solution that could enhance efficiency and adapt to its increasing scope. The challenge was to implement a scalable, robust solution that could centralize human capital management and streamline processes across various geographical locations.

The Solution

Argano addressed these challenges by adopting Oracle Cloud HCM and implemented the solution using its proprietary Cloud 9 methodology. The Oracle Cloud HCM platform provides a comprehensive suite of modules — implemented at Argano are Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and  Compensation Management. The 20-week deployment was fast and efficient, reaching over 2,000 employees across six countries, requiring less than half of the typical headcount needed for a similar implementation. The meticulously planned design and delivery of the system ensured that over 97% of the workforce experienced a smooth transition at go-live, highlighting the success of the implementation strategy.

The Results

Oracle Cloud HCM centralizes all people-related data processes, seamlessly integrating payroll, financials, employee feedback, learning, compliance, and reporting into a unified system. The integration of Oracle's applicant tracking system (ATS) has streamlined Argano's global hiring and onboarding processes. It has also made it faster to integrate new companies by over 75%.
