As President of Argano, Sri Ayyeppen plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company. His responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of Argano’s commercial success, ensuring that Argano remains at the forefront of business and digital innovation. Sri is deeply involved in cultivating industry partnerships, expanding client relationships, and driving operational success across all market segments and industries. 

Before his tenure at Argano, Sri served 16 years as President and Co-Founder of Keste, were he led the development of revolutionary digital commerce and business transformation solutions, a pioneer in customer experience and commerce solutions. Sri was recognized for his leadership in the Dallas Fort Worth business community as the 2014 Dallas Business Journal’s 40 under 40, and the DBJ 2014 Minority Business Leader. He has been a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Sri is a member of the YPO Dallas Gold, a prestigious community of founders and entrepreneurs. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras, India. 

Tammy Mittelstaedt is Argano’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving the company's revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience in delivering transformational, operational, and digital innovation programs, with an emphasis on finance-led transformations. Tammy has held senior roles in some of the world’s largest consultancies and has served global clients in a variety of industries with diverse and global teams. Prior to her consulting career, Tammy worked in external audit with one of the largest audit practices in the United States.

Tammy holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Charlotte McCormick serves as Argano’s Group Business Unit President for Enterprise Technology. Building on her extensive background in executive leadership and technology consulting, Charlotte oversees strategic initiatives for delivering transformative enterprise solutions that drive client success within Argano’s enterprise technology business units.

Bringing 20+ years of experience delivering business management solutions for organizations across the globe, Charlotte has a highly collaborative approach to technology consulting and solving complex challenges for clients. Her passion is leading high performing teams with an intense focus on providing value to clients through strategic and innovative implementations that leverage the entire technology ecosystem. Charlotte has experience across various industries with particular depth in manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, and automotive.  

Prior to joining Argano, Charlotte was Manufacturing Industry Business Leader at DXC Technology, and Executive Vice President at eBECS. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jeff Curtis serves as Argano’s Group Business Unit President for Consulting and Cloud Solutions. Building on more than twenty years of consulting experience, Jeff provides strategic direction for delivering consulting services and cloud solutions that accelerate innovation and growth for high-performance focused companies.

Prior to joining Argano, Jeff held executive leadership positions at NorthPoint Group and KBACE Technologies, a Cognizant company. As a Founding Member of Oracle’s Partner Advisory Board, Jeff has been at the forefront of Oracle application deployments, reshaping how systems integrators can meet customer needs for accelerated cloud implementations and services. Under Jeff’s leadership, KBACE won Oracle’s prestigious “Partner of the Year” honors for four years in a row and was named Global Partner of the Year in 2016.

Outside of his professional commitments, Jeff coaches youth sports for his kids' teams, and supports various philanthropic causes, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Portland and the Achon Uganda Children’s Fund. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Idaho.

Christoph Inauen is President of Strategy and Business Consulting at Argano. He is responsible for leading a team of consultants in delivering expert guidance and tailored strategies that help clients adapt to dynamic market conditions and achieve sustainable success.

As an accomplished international business executive with over 30 years of experience in business development, solution creation, product management, digitization, strategy and industry consulting. Christoph is renowned for his prowess in pioneering innovation in dynamic, competitive markets. He specializes in industry-focused consulting at the enterprise level, centered on IT and OT domains in sectors such as food and beverage, automotive, consumer packaged goods, and high-tech. Leveraging his extensive experience in business transformation, Christoph excels in translating business challenges into innovative strategies and effective digital solutions to optimize clients’ business operations and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Prior to joining Argano, Christoph held leadership positions at Nokia, SAP, and Siemens. Christoph holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Management.

Chris Wales is President of the Performance Consulting & Cloud Solutions Business Unit at Argano. He leads a team of consultants who provide specialized guidance and strategies that enable clients to navigate complex market dynamics and achieve long-term success.

With an extensive background in performance solution consulting, Chris is adept at driving innovation and operational excellence in competitive environments. He specializes in delivering client-focused solutions for enterprise clients, with a particular emphasis on integrating cloud technologies that enhance business processes and customer engagement.

Prior to joining Argano, Chris co-founded and led Intangent, a leading sales performance management consultancy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in math and computer science from the University of Waterloo.

As President of the Federal Business Unit at Argano, Nic Blundell oversees the strategic direction and operational execution within the federal sector, ensuring that Argano delivers high-impact solutions to meet the unique needs of government clients. With more than a decade of experience in IT services and federal government contracting, Nic is adept at navigating the complexities of federal projects and fostering robust partnerships with public sector agencies.

His expertise spans across critical areas such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation, making him a pivotal leader in driving technological innovation within the federal landscape. Nic's leadership is characterized by his commitment to excellence and his ability to align technological solutions with strategic government priorities, thereby enhancing agency performance, citizen engagement, and warfighter readiness.

Before his current role at Argano, Nic was Chief Operating Officer at AGR, where he successfully led large-scale federal initiatives, contributing to significant digital advancements in government operations. Nic holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Mark Hermans is President of Argano’s Microsoft business unit, responsible for all aspects of go-to-market, client engagement, delivery and strategic direction for growing the Microsoft business. Building on twenty years of experience in the Microsoft channel, including his tenure with accomplished Microsoft partners Tectura, UXC Eclipse, DXC Technology, and Arbela Technologies, Mark is a proven leader of business transformation, growth and change. His industry expertise includes professional services, manufacturing and supply chain, and high technology. Mark is passionate about mentoring and coaching students from local MBA and operations management programs. He holds a degree in operations management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is certified in production and inventory management from the Society for Operations Management (APICS).

Todd Griffith is President of Argano's Oracle business unit, responsible for all aspects of go-to-market, sales, delivery, and strategic direction of the Oracle business. Todd brings 25+ years of implementing and optimizing Oracle ERP experience to global clients. After implementing Oracle ERP as a client, he founded GRT Business Solutions, an Oracle ERP consultancy with a focus on the engineering & construction industry. GRT was acquired by CSS International, which later became part of Argano. While at CSS, Todd founded and led the Managed Services team, made up of senior-level consulting talent dedicated to providing client solutions around Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, and Oracle on-premises applications.

Lou Pahountis is President of Argano's SAP business unit, responsible for all aspects of go-to-market, sales, delivery, and the strategic direction of the SAP business. He brings 30+ years of consulting experience for delivering improved business performance. Lou has held executive roles in large global manufacturing companies, where he led operations while driving transformative change and tactical operational and financial outcomes. His experience includes senior leadership and P&L responsibility for global consulting teams in the areas of data analytics, SAP solutions, application management services, BPS, and business consulting. He has been an advisor, visionary, and subject matter expert to companies across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, forest products, chemicals, metals, mining, transportation, and industrial manufacturing. Lou holds master’s degrees in engineering and business. He has worked in more than 70 countries around the globe.
